Acceptance of Orders: Hardie Race Promotions takes great pains to ensure that information supplied to the customer by way of description and/or illustration is accurate. It does however remain the responsibility of the customer to determine the suitability of the product ordered.

Proof of Purchase: Proof of purchase may be required. Please bring a printout of your transaction confirmation from either PayPal or your confirmation email. A screen print is also acceptable.

Data & Privacy: The information collected from you at the time you place an order will be stored in our database and is used purely to carry out your instructions and action your payment. Under no circumstances will this information be passed to a third party.

Supply and Delivery: Any advance tickets sold will be collected at the venue and proof of age may be required at the time of collection depending on passes ordered. Photos and a copy of your proof of age may be requested depending on items bought from our shop.

Pricing: All prices on our website are subject to a nominal admin fee of 25p + 3.75% of the shopping basket value. Hardie Race Promotions reserves the right to change the admin fee without notice or communication.

Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 3 days of the date your order was completed via our website. A full refund will be given withing this period. Outwith the 3 day cooling off period there will no refunds given for advance ticket sales.

Trackside Parking:Using the trackside parking option at Hardie Race Promotions (Lochgelly Raceway) is done so at your own risk. No liability falls to Hardie Race Promotions for any damage that may occur whilst in the vicinity of the stadium.
