Track Hires 2022

Hardie Race Promotions wishes to make all drivers and teams aware of the following change for the 2022 season.

Track Hires will be available Monday to Friday from 10-6pm (off track by 6pm). Weekend availability will be limited.

A £50 non refundable deposit will be required at the time of booking. Once your booking has been confirmed, it cannot be changed, unless by exception - ie, weather.

It remains a maximum of 4 cars per hire, at a rate of £75 per hour, subject to a minimum 2 hour hire. Any additional cars will be charged at a rate of £25 per car, per hour (minimum 2 hours).

Your booking slot is the time that you have access to the track from and until. You must be loaded up and off track by the end of your time slot. Any bookings running over their allocated time slot will be charged an additional 1 hours hire.

An electronic disclaimer will be passed to the person booking the hire, who will be responsible for ensuring all attendees complete the disclaimer.

Please note, private hire sessions are currently unavailable due to maintenance work on the track

Open practice sessions will be held on Sunday 6th, Saturday 12th and Saturday 19th February, prior to the first event of the season at a charge of £40 per driver.
