Join Our Facebook Event Saturdat 30th April will see a healthy field of cars attend Lochgelly Raceway in another five formula line up.

The Micro Bangers contest their annual Gold Bumper event, whilst the Ministox, CC ROds, Junior Productions and 2.0 Hot Rods also feature.

The 2.0 Hot Rods will welcome a couple of visitors from across the water - Ian Riordan from Southern Ireland, and Connor Hughes from Northern Ireland. Stuart MacDonald is also set to make his debut in a field of cars that will provide some fantastic competitive racing.

The Junior Productions are with us for the second week in succession, and again have just under 20 cars in attendance - a fantastic effort from the youngsters and the teams. The Juniors have become one of the most consistent formula in 2022, with some super racing, and an ever increading pool of talent. The non contact class will always provide some hair raising moments, but more often than not, these moments highlight the skill of the drivers on track.

The Ministox are with us for the first of 2 successive meetings at HRP. Charlie Hardie will be looking to close the gap to Jake Wilson in the points, whilst Scott Allardyce, RObbie Armit and Jamie Dawson will be looking to pick up the silverware as well from the bac, of the grid. That is never an easy thing to do however, with 20 Ministox again expected to be in attendance, the full grid is riddled with excellent drivers, and some that are never afraid to put the bumper in, and make those around them work for every position.

The CC Rods have a healthy line up of cars with just under 20 cars booked to race. The CC Rods have provided great racing over the years, with 2022 in particular proving to be a competitive field of drivers, with no single driver standing out above the rest at the moment. This has provided a raft of different race winners and talking points already, with drivers conteesting for each and every point available, though sometimes, this has overstepped the line of satisfaction by the race stewards! One thing for sure though, is the formula provides some great entertainment on track!

The Micro Bangers are with us for the first time in 2022, and it is hard to predict how it will go - Andy Armstrong and Lee Clarke are both up at the sharp end of the HRP National Points as they look to secure a place in the World Final later this year, and both are expected to be with us this weekend.

First race will get under way at 5.30pm
