May 4th Preview

Join Our Facebook Event It’s a five formula event this Saturday at Lochgelly Raceway with 2 excellent Junior formula taking to the track alongside 3 senior formula.

The Ministox have been in great form this year, although, there has been a fair amount of damage to some cars at a recent outing, though most expect to be ready for Saturday. David Philp has started the season off great and currently leads the HRP National Points. Philp will be looking for another steady haul of points this weekend as he looks to maintain his lead at the top, with Charlie Hardie not too far behind. Dean Heeps and Caitlin Mitchell have both had a number of good results this year too, with the pair looking to carry on that trend into this weekend.

The Junior Productions have also join us, with a few drivers missing, Lewis Dickson will be looking to take advantage as he aims to continue his impressive start to the season. Connie Anderson likewise, will be hoping to take away a few more good results as she maintains a challenge at the top end of the charts. Nicole Innes, Broooe McMullan and Billie-Summer Glen have book had some good results early in the year as the girl racers look to show the boys the way to victory. Abe Adams and Dale Sutherland both have the pace to claim a victory or 2 at any given meeting, but have both been hampered by issues which they’ll be looking to avoid this weekend.

The Superstox are with us once more. Adam Low made an excellent first outing of the season last time out and he will be hoping for more of the same on Saturday. Dean Johnston is back with us after missing out last time having took part in the London Marathon. Dean will be looking to get a few more points on the board this weekend as he aims to take more success in the formula. Kenny McKenzie and Ciaran Adams will both also be in attendance with the pair more than capable of claiming the top spot on the podium!

The Stock Rods have started the 2024 campaign in great form, with excellent racing, lots of winners and good competitive action on track. There has been no single driver that looks to be streaks ahead of anyone else!

The Classic Hot Rods are the final formula in action this weekend.


The drivers sign in office will open at 2.00pm, whilst practice will get underway at 3.00pm.

Drivers are reminded that they are responsible for leaving a tidy pit area, utilizing the bins provided, or taking rubbish away with them. Any teams found to be leaving their pit area untidy, will be fined and possibly banned from attending race meetings.


The spectator gates will open at 3.00pm, with trackside parking only available on a first come first served basis. High sided vehicles are requested to park on the upper level, and the far end of the middle level, so not to obstruct views of those behind them.
