Alongside the prestigious world championship event, race fans can look forward to action from the U-Pull-It 1400 Stock Cars, ProStocks, CC Rods, Junior Productions and, of course, the ever-popular Caravan Carnage grand prix. Support races get underway at 3.20pm, with the first of the main heats getting underway at 5.00pm\r\n\r\nNinja Kart racing has become one of the highlights of any meeting at Lochgelly, with youngsters aged ten and under regularly producing racing that belies their years. The World Championship brings together the best competitors from across the UK and Ireland, all chasing the biggest prize in the formula. With seeded qualifiers already confirmed and additional support races arranged for non-qualifiers, the stage is set for a packed field and a thrilling contest to determine who will leave Lochgelly Raceway carrying the coveted world championship!\r\n\r\nThe supporting programme is equally impressive. The U-Pull-It 1400 Stock Cars continue to provide metal crunching action and some of the closest and most competitive racing, while the ProStocks and CC Rods are both renowned for producing fast-paced wheel-to-wheel action. Round 1 of the series seen some fantastic on track action, with Ryan Martin, Kai McNulty and Max Fleckley scoring best on the night – Can any of them maintain a top 3 place after this weekends event, or will the likes of Barry Jarman and Iain Tait find themselves further up the rankings? It is hotting up to be an intriguing battled at the top. Some drivers will be chasing race wins – Others will be going for the 20 entertainer points on offer, in addition to the DD points!\r\n\r\nThe Junior Productions are in the middle of a busy period for the formula, and the youngsters have showcased some excellent racing in varying conditions over the course of the year, with the last few meetings being ultra competitive. Callum Ritchie was back to his best last weekend as he took a heat and final double, whilst Lee Moore was also in fine form and will be hoping to get a few more good points under his belt this weekend. Connor st Aubyn has been quick and will be looking to use his experience as he navigates his way through the grid. Frazer Anderson has taken to the formula excellently, and finds himself starting nearer the back than the front now, but that hasn’t deterred him – confidence and speed he has both off, and he has had some great results from the blue grade already, and will be one to watch out for this weekend.\r\n\r\nThe Superstox formula welcome a few visiting drivers as they begin to gear up for the ASD World Championship in September. Gary Chisolm, is a regular visiting driver and hopes to be with us once more on Saturday, as he sponsors the trophies for the meeting final. Nathan Browning, Keanu Bowers and Brett Wesbroom join Chisolm in making the trip north. Domestically, we’ve seen some excellent racing with the star drivers delivering lots of fantastic battles – hard hitting action, skilled last lap hits and end to end action. The open wheel formula have certainly been delivering, and we expect some more fantastic Superstox racing this Saturday night.\r\n\r\nThe Stock Rods have been in fantastic form this season – Close, competitive and exciting racing has been a sure thing from the formula in 2026. We’ve seen David Philp Jnr move up through the grades since he entered the class a couple of months ago – and he has been one to watch throughout that time. Baillie Glencross has grown in confidence and has found herself battling in some fantastic races as she looks to secure good points. Stewart Paterson had one of his best meetings since returning to the class last time out, and he’ll be hoping to keep moving in the correct direction. Sean Naismith, Teri Linden, Robbie Armit and Daniel Davidson have all been front running drivers with Armit having took victory in the majority of meeting finals this season.\r\n\r\nThe Ninja Karts complete the line up – and it is the final chance to get some racing in ahead of the World Championship event next Saturday. Bobby Davis Jnr Jnr makes the trip north to join us – alongside regular long distance drivers Henry Hunn and George White. Hunn will be showing off the silver roof for the first time at HRP having missed the last meeting, and will be looking to score well as he moves into the last few months of his Ninja Kart career. Rory Wilson has had a tough time of it of late, with a few engine issues hampering his progress. The team will be hoping to have ironed out any issues, and get back to winning ways ahead of next weekends World Championship. Alfie MacLeod has been one to watch out for in 2026, scoring lots of fantastic results and showcasing excellent driving along the way. Jacob Green has came on a lot over the last few meetings, and was one of the best performing drivers last time out, with Lochie Heeps taking a couple of race wins on that night too. Harry Ford, Brett Sneddon and Denni Farrell all continue to show promise, as they build up their race confidence with each passing meeting. \r\n\r\nWe hope that you enjoy your visit with us at HRP Lochgelly Raceway. At Lochgelly Raceway you will have views of the full race track from your vantage point and be able to see the action unfold from wherever you are stood around the raceway.\r\n\r\nThe U Pull It 1400 Stock Cars take to the track and we are set to see a couple of new drivers join us – ProStock driver Mathew Wilson is set to make an outing in the Jamie George car as he tests the water, and Andrew Wightman is set to return to the formula having not been seen for several years. These drivers join recent additions such as Aaron Forgie, Chris Innes, Dale Sutherland and Kev Baird who have all entered the class over the last couple of months. The more established drivers have given us some great end to end racing with hard hitting action. Brant West, Connor Jones and Fraser Clark have all had some great races with battles worth watching, whilst the likes of Joshua Machin and Charlie Henry are never too far away from the action, with Henry being on the receiving end of a big Kevin Graham his last time out. \r\n\r\nThe ORCi Ministox are in attendance as they race for the HRP Marshals Sheild – being defended by Stuart Shevill Jnr. The youngsters have seen numbers down on previous years this year, but they have always provided hard, fast and competitive racing. Ollie Sime and Corey Mathers have both been in good form at Lochgelly over the last few meetings with the two drivers coming away with a few trophies between them. Shevill Jnr has never been far away. Jamie Balfour looks to have found his confidence once more, and will be keen to get in amongst the podium places on Friday night. Irish Open Champion Jayden Roff is one of a few English based drivers joining us for Friday night’s action.\r\n\r\nThe 2.0 Hot Rods are back in action having completed their 25-26 National Points Series – With Charlie Hardie coming out on top. William Buller has been in fine form of late setting great lap times and taking multiple race wins – showcasing his undisputed talent and is certainly one to watch out for on the grid. Allan Gibson has been consistent throughout the campaign and will be looking to get good points on the board on Friday as he sets about starting another good year. Gary Dean will be hoping to have cured his issues that plagued him last time out, whilst Russell Clacher is hoping to make his debut in the formula should he have the car ready in time. David Frame has his car ready, and is hoping to join us for his first outing of the season as well.\r\n\r\nThe Junior Productions complete the line up. The youngsters have provided a lot of quality racing over the last year or so and have seen a number of new drivers come into the class and really take to the formula – Louie Hendry, Bella Brown and Frazer Anderson are three such drivers that have performed excellently from the moment they sat in the cars for the first time, and will all be ones to watch on Friday. Callum Ritchie has been the quickest of the Scottish drivers this year, but has run into a few reliability issues of late and will be hoping to have them overcome for this Friday’s action. Aiden Duffy, Leeland Dearn, Kenzie Kopacz and Nicole Innes will all be looking to score well as they chase some more good point scoring finishes. Lewis Duffy only has a few months left in the formula and will be looking to continue to perform as consistently as he has done this year so far.\r\n\r\nWe hope that you enjoy your visit with us at HRP Lochgelly Raceway. Watch on as the drivers battle at speed around the Lochgelly Raceway oval; With a steel perimeter around the track, there is no margin for error. It’s exciting. It’s dramatic. It’s a fantastic family night out.\r\nIt’s a five formula event with multiple exciting races to look forward too.\r\nFeaturing\r\n• Superstox RS Motors Whites & Yellows Series R2\r\n• Stock Rods \r\n• CC Rods British Championship QR3\r\n• Ninja Karts\r\n• National Hot Rods\r\n\r\nThe Stock Rods have been in excellent form so far in 2026, and we expect that to continue this weekend with another strong field of cars expected. Dean Heeps hopes to make a return to racing, whilst Lee McGill is set to take to the track for the first time in a few meetings. Robbie Armit has been the dominant driver this year – especially when it comes to meeting finals having won the majority of them in 2026 at Lochgelly Raceway. David Philp has taken to the formula excellently, and continues to grow into the class, gaining experience along the way as he moves up through the grades. Teri Linden has looked to be back on form of late, coming away with a lot of good results, whilst fellow girl racer, Baillie Glencross has came on massively in the 2026 season already. We can expect close fast and extremely competitive racing this weekend from the Stock Rod formula, and they’ll certainly be one to watch. \r\n\r\nThe Superstox are in attendance as they race in the latest of the RS Motors Events – whereby the top scoring white or yellow graded driver at the meeting will come away with a tyre courtesy of the event sponsor – RS Motors. The Superstox have seen numbers up and down this year, with a number of drivers unable to commit to every meeting – however, the formula has seen some very good, hard fast racing. Aaron Riddell and Bryan Forrest have arguably been the top two drivers this year so far, delivering pulsating racing with plenty of good old fashioned, exciting stock car racing being seen from the pair of them. Adam Low and Kenny McKenzie had a couple of comings together last time out, and the pair will be hoping to get back to point scoring ways as they look to take the battle to Riddell and Forrest! Mirran Adams has been a rejuvenated driver of late – performing excellently and finding herself leading races for long periods – Can she get herself into the podium places this weekend?\r\n\r\nThe National Hot Rods complete there World Qualifying campaign here in Scotland at this event, with Gordon Alexander claiming the title last time out. He’ll go into the World Final as the Scottish Points Series Champion once more. \r\n\r\nThe CC Rods compete in R3 of their British Championship qualifying series this weekend, and the racing was excellent last time out as the drivers respected the white line, and gave on the most part, good racing room for the opposition – and we seen a few good outside line overtakes in the process. The budget formula can at times be unpredictable, but has proven to be a formula that is capable of delivering excellent racing, and we expect another fine showing from the class this weekend.\r\n\r\nThe youngsters in the Ninja Karts are back with us once more, and following on from an excellent showing last weekend, we can expect another exciting night of action from them on Saturday. Lochie Heeps made a great debut last weekend, and will grow in confidence from that meeting and will be looking for another good meeting this weekend. George White is set to pay us another visit as he continues to enjoy his racing north of the border. \r\n\r\nWe hope that you enjoy your visit with us at HRP Lochgelly Raceway. Pick up a fixture list at the main reception to see what we have in store for the rest of the season. \r\n\r\nA reminder, we have <em>50 50 TICKETS AVAILABLE FROM THE MAIN RECEPTION FOR JUST £1 PER STRIP, WITH HALF THE TAKINGS GOING TO THE WINNER.</em>\r\n\r\n<span style=color:red; font-wright:bold; >\r\nA reminder, motorsport can be dangerous. Watch on as the drivers battle at speed around the Lochgelly Raceway oval; With a steel perimiter around the track, there is no margin for error. It\\\'s exciting. It\\\'s dramatic. It\\\'s a fantastic family night out.\r\nIt’s a five formula event with multiple exciting races to look forward too.\r\n\r\nFeaturing\r\n• U Pull It 1400 Stock Cars Craig McNicoll Memorial - The Final Staging\r\n• 1600cc Bangers \r\n• Junior Bangers\r\n• Ninja Karts\r\n• 2.0 Hot Rods\r\n\r\nThe U Pull It 1400 Stock Cars take centre stage as they race in the final ever Craig McNicoll Memorial. Joshua Machin is the current holder, whilst the winners at the previous two stagings, Gary Nicholls and Darren Rae are both also expected to be in attendance as they look to get their hands on the trophy and shield one last time. It’s great to see that Scott Lindsell has managed to source a car in order to be able to participate at this event – Scott has been one of the front runners in promoting this event over the years and has sought endlessly to secure good prize pots over the years for the drivers competing. There will be no time for emotion once the green flag drops though, as the drivers set about putting on an excellent showing, and displaying some brilliant 1400 Stock Car action – We wish every driver the best of luck and would like to thank the McNicoll family for allowing us to host this event over the years.\r\n\r\nThe 1600cc Bangers are with us and with driver booking still coming in, we are hopeful of an exciting race meeting for the formula – The banger class is capable of producing some top notch racing as the drivers chase the extra prize money – though an entertainer award will be included in the meeting prize pot this weekend should a driver look to chase after that money! There are a good mix of both Scottish and English based drivers booked in to compete as the Scottish based drivers chase World Final Qualification though HRP.\r\n\r\nThe youngsters in the Junior Bangers are with us once more as they continue to produce exciting racing in the early stages of the Scottish series. The formula is gradually growing with more drivers taking an interest – Caitlin Mitchell had a go in one a few weeks ago, whilst this time out, we hope to see former Ninja Kart star Rayah Burns take to the track as well. There are a couple of drivers on the naughty step this week though, so we won’t see a full contingent of cars on track, but the future bodes well for the class, with several of the drivers already keen to move into National Bangers in the years to come once they reach 16 years old. The Junior Banger formula has so far seen a few exciting meetings, with a mix of drivers taking wins, alongside entertaining on track action.\r\n\r\nThe Ninja Karts are the stars of the future – though, we have a few stars already on the grid. This weekend we will see a few visitors join us including Mason Carberry, George White, Jaxon Stone, Jaxon Souter and the recently crowned Best in Britain winner, Johnny Wheeler. Closer to home we’ve a fight that has once more gone to the wire as the youngsters complete their National Points campaign ahead of the World Championship in June. Henry Hunn is eager to get his hands on the title, but Rory Wilson will be doing his utmost to hang onto the title that he has held over the last couple of seasons. Lochie Heeps is set to make his debut in the class.\r\n\r\nThe 2.0 Hot Rods complete the line up, with Gary Dean set to make his long awaited debut in the class, whilst recently crowned European Champion Charlie Hardie will be showing off his new roof title for the first time.\r\n\r\nWe hope that you enjoy your visit with us at HRP Lochgelly Raceway. The Superstox join us with trophy sponsorship from Annette Turner Book Keeping. The ORCi Ministox compete in R2 of the GA Autos Series, with the CC Rods also in action. The National Micro Bangers are set to participated in round 3 of the Fife Medical Group World Cup Qualifying Series, subject to sufficient car numbers.\r\n\r\nThere will be plenty of excitement around the track with a plenty of on track action expected throughout the event – will the Junior Productions provide the sort of racing that we know they are capable of – edge of your seat drama, close door to door action and a lot of skill – There are a number of Northern Irish drivers making the trip over keen for success, including reigning champion Leyton Hughes. The white line on the track will ensure that the drivers have to take extra care when being challenged, challenging or overtaking not to fall foul of a penalty. Callum Ritchie has arguably been the quickest of the drivers domestically this season, but he has found race wins tough to come by with some very quick lower graded drivers. With all drivers now running the new tyre, it ensures that everyone will be equal and that the best driver comes out on top!\r\n\r\nThe Superstox return to action having competed for the Best in Britain a couple of weekends ago at Ipswich, with Aaron Riddell coming away with an excellent 2nd place finish in the main race. This weekend we will see Gary Chisolm join us once more as he continues to support the formula the best he can, whilst getting valuable track time ahead of the ASD World Championship later this year. Josh Duff hopes to make a long awaited return in a brand new home built car. Mirran Adams was in great form last time out, and she’ll be hoping to continue with that into this weekend, whilst Kenny McKenzie, Adam Low & Bryan Forrest will all also be hoping to be in amongst the podium places this weekend. \r\n\r\nThe CC Rods return to action after a few weeks off, and will be keen to showcase some great non-contact racing. The formula has produced some brilliant moments this year with very little between many of the top drivers in the class. The likes of John Gorman and young Liam Conway have both started the year well and have been in amongst the podium places on a number of occasions – making things difficult for the more established drivers in the formula. \r\n\r\nThe ORCi Ministox are with us once more, and are competing in R2 of the GA Autos Series, with the meeting final winner coming away with a new tyre courtesy of the team at GA Autos. There has been a few drivers new to the class in 2026, with them all showing good pace – Oakley Grief, Cody Wilson and Billie-Summer Glen are such drivers and none have looked out of place in the meetings that they have attended so far – with Grief taking a hat-trick of wins earlier in the year. Ben McLellan, Corey Mathers and Ollie Sime are regular front running drivers, whilst Stuart Shevill Jnr Jnr looks to have the bit between his teeth as he chases success in 2026.\r\n\r\nThe Micro Bangers are set to be the final formula in attendance.\r\n\r\nWe hope that you enjoy your visit with us at HRP Lochgelly Raceway. Please stay clear of the catch fence during racing, be observant throughout the event and keep all children accompanied at all times. The promotors do our utmost to ensure a safe environment for all, however, given the nature of the sport, risks cannot be fully eradicated.\r\n\r\nAll attendee’s are requested to drive with care whilst arriving and leaving the venue.
