Hardie Race Promotions would like to extend there thanks to all race teams, marshalls and spectators that joined us for our April Speed Weekend where some excellent racing was witnessed across all formula.
The National Hot Rods headlined the weekend with the European Championship up for grabs, which was won by 174 Jason Kew after a number of years of trying. Some of the best non contact racing you will witness was seen across the weekend in extremely challenging conditions. The Sunday seen 54 Adam Hylands win the Open Scottish Championship / Malcolm Chesher Memorial.
The Classic Hot Rods seen the Open Scottish Championship and Malcolm Chesher Memorial Trohpies up for grabs, with both being won by 45 Craig Boyd who had a weekend to remember.
The Ninja Karts seen a great turnout of karts for the weekend with excellent clean racing from start to finish. The 2 main races, the Ninja Kart National Championship and Open Scottish Championship were both won by Scotland's own Bailey Millar in what were 2 excellent nail biting races.
The 1300 Stock Cars had a great night on Saturday night with a good turnout of cars, which provided some excellent hard racing for those of you that enjoy the contact racing! Sean Naismith had a great weekend winning 4 out of the 6 races with Stewart Aitken winning the final on Saturday night, and Stuart Farrell taking a heat win on the Sunday.
An extended thanks go to those who supported us in a number of ways across the weekend -
