I started racing in 2016 I think I had a go at prostocks only done 2 meetings and decided I wanted a ccrod and never really looked back
What is involved in the run up to an event, and what emotions are involved
Tbh I’m quite lucky I have a few boys around me that spend most of their time in the garage after work making sure the cars done. When I’m off work I get into garage to help but not very often

Tbh I can’t really remember much about my first meeting. My second meeting I remember winning 2 out of 3 races that’s about it

Iv never need far away within championships then won national points 2025
Low points never really had any as far as im concerned racing is racing. It comes with a lot of highs and lows.

I’d want to keep the head in the racing and through time move up to other formulas. Ie stockrod/ hot rod

I don’t really have a favorite Iv got the ones I look out for from each formula.
The Most Memorable Race Remembered?
Would have to be the Scottish championship 2025.
Secured the national points championship after heat 2 and went into the Scottish and battled for first was just unlucky on the last bend.
