With immediate affect (22nd October 2026) all formulas that use Hoosier Tyres under Spedeworth rules must adhere to the following:- A tyre can no longer be used unless an original tyre number is clearly visible on either the inner or outer side wall of the tyre. Tyres will no longer be accepted with the number manually written on any area of the tyre.

This rule update is due to drivers attempting to use false tyre numbers on tyres to gain advantage of a fresher tyre to use instead of using the original more worn tyre.
