Its Halloween weekend - Get the kids dressed up, and have them available at the pit gate after each race, where we’ll invite one lucky kid over to assist in presenting the trophies – but they must be dressed up!

💥 EXPECT CLOSE RACING, BIG MOMENTS AND EDGE-OF-YOUR-SEAT ACTION!

Watch the drivers battle it out at incredible speeds, racing within millimetres of each other, fighting for every position. One mistake, one gap, one daring move… and everything can change in an instant! 😱

Feel the roar of the engines, hear the crunch of the racing and get closer to the action than you ever imagined! With the cars flying past just metres away, there's nothing quite like experiencing the atmosphere of live racing at Lochgelly!

It promises to be another fantastic night of racing with four exciting formula taking to the track – from the youngest of our racers in the Ninja Karts, to the elite of non-contact oval racing in the National Hot Rods.

The U Pull It 1400 Stock Cars are the headline formula as they race for the annual Mr Gunn Shield. Dean McGill claimed victory in 2025, though having sold his car, it doesn’t look like he’ll be able to defend the title. That opens the door for another driver to step up and be noticed. There is an increased prize pot available courtesy of the Mr Gunn Friends and Family. It’s more than just one race as the drivers continue to battle it out with the track championship still to be decided and the top places in the National Points currently wide open.

The youngsters in the Ninja Karts are on the dawn of a new era – since the last time the formula was out at Lochgelly, a few more drivers have since reached retirement age. We’ve a few up and coming drivers ready to take over as the top drivers, and it will be interesting to see who steps up first this Friday night. We welcome a few visiting drivers on Friday as we hope to have some more great on track action from the stars of the future.

The National Hot Rods join us for what is a rare Friday night event for the formula as they look to provide some stellar on track racing.

The ProStocks complete the line up. The nudge and spin formula has had a strong season with a few drama’s along the way. You can never know what to expect from the formula – they’ll either provide some fantastic end to end racing, or some of the cars could be on the trailer at the end of the first race!

With championship battles reaching boiling point, every lap counts and every driver will be pushing to the limit. Expect drama, fierce rivalries and exciting racing! 🏁

𝐏𝐢𝐭 𝐀𝐫𝐞𝐚:

Race teams must park in the designated area within the pits, within the 𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐛𝐚𝐲𝐬. Parking outwith bays may result in you being asked to move. Anyone wishing to park together, must arrive together. There will be no holding of spaces permitted.

Only race transporter vehicles are permitted within the pit area. Any unauthorised vehicles in the pit area will be removed.

𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐆𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬 / 𝐂𝐚𝐫 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠:

The spectator gates will open at 5.00pm.

Trackside parking will be available on a first come first served basis.

We have a large free on-site car park, with overflow car parking available on the drift track. Access routes must be kept clear.

A reminder, motorsport can be dangerous. Please stay clear of the catch fence during racing, be observant throughout the event and keep all children accompanied at all times. The promotors do our utmost to ensure a safe environment for all, however, given the nature of the sport, risks cannot be fully eradicated.

All attendee’s are requested to drive with care whilst arriving and leaving the venue. Pedestrians and horse riders are a regular feature on the access road. Please give them room and respect.

Further Race Team Information

The drivers sign in office will open at 17:00 and close at 18:45. Thereafter, drivers must sign in from the main reception. Race teams are reminded to respect the pit area and keep the pits clean and tidy.

Scrutineering will be open from 17:00. Drivers must be signed in before being scrutineered. Drivers cannot practice until they have been signed in and scrutineered.

All drivers MUST attend the drivers briefing.

Drivers are reminded that they are responsible for leaving a tidy pit area, utilizing the bins provided, or taking rubbish away with them. Any teams found to be leaving their pit area untidy, will be fined and possibly banned from attending race meetings.

All drivers must ensure that they have read the Drivers Briefing Notes. HRP will not be held accountable for a driver failing to read / understand these. Upon signing in, it will be presumed that you have read and understood these notes.
