The Superstox formula took centre stage on Saturday 17th October as they contested for the 2026 Scottish Championship. There was drama, there was action and there was a lot to talk about!

The Ministox competed in the final round of the 2026 GA Autos Series as well, with a few tyres up for grabs on the night courtesy of the series sponsor. The event also seen the Junior Productions, CC Rods and U Pull It 1400 Stock Cars take to the track in a 16 race event.

The Superstox Scottish Championship was the first race of the night for the formula, with an out the hat grid draw determining the grid. Josh Duff drew the number 1 position and started on pole position as a result. Jordan Black was on his outside, with Bryan Forrest just behind. As the green flag dropped, Duff got away well and into the lead – further back, there were a few cars that seemed to struggle to get moving. Lap 2, and Duff felt the bumper of Bryan Forrest come in, and soon, Forrest moved into the lead of the race with Duff behind. Kenny McKenzie was there as well, whilst Danny Whyte looked to have good pace too. Further back, Adam Low and Aaron Riddell locked horns as the pair gave each other a couple of nudges, before Riddell disposes of Low into the wall on turn 3. Riddell got going again, and leader Bryan Forrest soon caught him up. Forrest found Riddell in his way, and the pair locked bumpers. As the pair battled, Kenny McKenzie and Josh Duff took evasive action and both almost spun around themselves, with Kenny McKenzie moving into the lead of the race. Riddell and Forrest continued to lock bumpers, and soon, Mirran Adams got involved with a hit onto the 309 car of Bryan Forrest resulting in Forrest spinning into turn 1. Forrest, Riddell and Adams were all stranded as the race went on. Soon, a yellow flag was called for with Forrest unable to get going. This closed the pack back up. Craig Mason had just been passed by leader McKenzie at the yellow, and moved wide under caution to allow the rest of the pack through as he dropped to the back of the pack – still a lap adrift. McKenzie led the way. Josh Duff soon moved into the lead of the race and opened up a gap to the pack behind. The drama continued as Jordan Black and Kenny McKenzie both spun around on the last corner allowing Danny Whyte through into 2nd place. Mirran Adams and Craig Mason both moved through too – though, but drivers were still a lap down allowing McKenzie to recover and take the 3rd position spot! A further 2 heats and meeting final followed with a few cars out of contention with damage. Gary Chisolm took a heat and final double, whilst Danny Whyte took his first win of the year in heat 2. Chisolm also took away a tyre courtesy of A1 Containers R Us in the meeting final.

The ORCi Ministox took to the track and provided some great racing. With little between much of the drivers, any race wins were to be hard fought. Bailey Wilson looked quick throughout the night and was in contention in each of the races – as were Jamie Balfour and Shaun Boyle. Corey Mathers took the win in heat 1 ahead of Stuart Shevill and Bailey Wilson. Heat 2 would see Ben McLellan take the win – a deserving win after a period of bad luck. Balfour finished 2nd and Mathers 3rd. The meeting final seen Mathers take the win ahead of Wilson and Boyle. Mathers took the win in the series having scored most points over the three rounds, with Shevill Jnr and Oakley Grief completing the top 3 in the series.

The U Pull It 1400 Stock Cars seen almost 20 cars take to the track, providing some good racing, hard hitting action. Three different race winners on the night seen Brant West take the win in the opening heat as he chases the track championship, with Charlie Henry returning to victory lane in heat 2. The meeting final seen Gary Nicholls claim his first win of the season ahead of Sam Cavanagh and Brant West.

The Junior Productions provided some really good racing. The youngsters have been criticised at times throughout the last few meetings due to a few on track incidents, however, the racing on Saturday was excellent with a lot of fantastic racing. Millie McGill took a dominant win in the first race – her first of the season, whilst she was unfortunate not to add to that later in the meeting. Heat 2 seen Bobby Whyte take his first win of the year too having drove excellently throughout the race, holding off the chasing pack in the closing stages. Novice driver Ryan Love took an excellent 2nd place finish ahead of Bella Brown in third. The meeting final had a few bumps along the way, nothing more than racing incidents though with the youngsters again showcasing some excellent racing. Callum Ritchie took the win in the final ahead of Nicole Innes and Jayden Barrie.

The CC Rods completed the line up with race wins going the way of Connor st Aubyn, and Kevin Donaldson (x2).
