Race teams must park in the designated area within the pits, within the ๐ฅ๐ข๐ง๐ž๐ ๐›๐š๐ฒ๐ฌ. Parking outwith bays may result in you being asked to move. Anyone wishing to park together, must arrive together. There will be no holding of spaces permitted.

Only race transporter vehicles are permitted within the pit area. Any unauthorised vehicles in the pit area will be removed.

๐’๐ฉ๐ž๐œ๐ญ๐š๐ญ๐จ๐ซ ๐†๐š๐ญ๐ž๐ฌ / ๐‚๐š๐ซ ๐๐š๐ซ๐ค๐ข๐ง๐ :

The spectator gates will open at 2.30pm.

Trackside parking will be available on a first come first served basis.

We have a large free on-site car park, with overflow car parking available on the drift track. Access routes must be kept clear.

A reminder, motorsport can be dangerous. Please stay clear of the catch fence during racing, be observant throughout the event and keep all children accompanied at all times. The promotors do our utmost to ensure a safe environment for all, however, given the nature of the sport, risks cannot be fully eradicated.

All attendeeโ€™s are requested to drive with care whilst arriving and leaving the venue. Pedestrians and horse riders are a regular feature on the access road. Please give them room and respect.


Further Race Team Information


The drivers sign in office will open at 14:00 and close at 17:15. Thereafter, drivers must sign in from the main reception. Race teams are reminded to respect the pit area and keep the pits clean and tidy.

Scrutineering will be open from 14:00. Drivers must be signed in before being scrutineered. Drivers cannot practice until they have been signed in and scrutineered.

All drivers MUST attend the drivers briefing.

Drivers are reminded that they are responsible for leaving a tidy pit area, utilizing the bins provided, or taking rubbish away with them. Any teams found to be leaving their pit area untidy, will be fined and possibly banned from attending race meetings.

All drivers must ensure that they have read the Drivers Briefing Notes. HRP will not be held accountable for a driver failing to read / understand these. Upon signing in, it will be presumed that you have read and understood these notes.
