Think vans are just for getting you from A to B? Think again. This Saturday, they’re getting stripped, smashed, battered and sent into battle as they complete their final miles before heading into the scrapheap!

Expect CRASHES. Expect CHAOS. Expect CARNAGE.

Big hits, drivers going absolutely flat-out and vans getting pushed WAY beyond their limits! If you love bangers, noise, destruction and proper raceway mayhem, this is one you DO NOT want to miss!

It’s the final round of the Dhoom Indian Streatery Cash Chaser series for the Van Bangers, and it promises to be spectacular. With 20+ vans currently booked to participate, you will not know where to watch as the chose unfolds on track.

It isn’t all about Vans though – we have a fantastic 16 race event to look forward too with a range of excellent formula taking to the track. The U Pull It 1400 Stock Cars, National Hot Rods, CC Rods and Ninja Karts complete format for the event.

A reminder, we have 50 50 TICKETS AVAILABLE FROM THE MAIN RECEPTION FOR JUST £1 PER STRIP, WITH HALF THE TAKINGS GOING TO THE WINNER.

A reminder, motorsport can be dangerous. Please stay clear of the catch fence during racing, be observant throughout the event and keep all children accompanied at all times. The promotors do our utmost to ensure a safe environment for all, however, given the nature of the sport, risks cannot be fully eradicated.

All attendee’s are requested to drive with care whilst arriving and leaving the venue. Pedestrians and horse riders are a regular feature on the access road. Please give them room and respect.

Race Team Information

The drivers sign in office will open at 14:00 and close at 16:45. Thereafter, drivers must sign in from the main reception. Race teams are reminded to respect the pit area and keep the pits clean and tidy.
Scrutineering will be open from 14:00 Drivers must be signed in before being scrutineered. Drivers cannot practice until they have been signed in and scrutineered.

All drivers MUST attend the drivers briefing.

Drivers are reminded that they are responsible for leaving a tidy pit area, utilizing the bins provided, or taking rubbish away with them. Any teams found to be leaving their pit area untidy, will be fined and possibly banned from attending race meetings.

All drivers must ensure that they have read the Drivers Briefing Notes. HRP will not be held accountable for a driver failing to read / understand these. Upon signing in, it will be presumed that you have read and understood these notes.

Spectator Information

The spectator gates will open at 14:30. Trackside parking only available on a first come first served basis and cannot be pre-booked. High sided vehicles are requested to park on the upper level, and the far end of the middle level, so not to obstruct views of those behind them. A maximum of 1m should be left between parked vehicles.
