What is involved in the run up to an event, and what emotions are involved
Weekly checklist involve nut and bolt check engine check over drain oil evey 3 meetings and change spark plugs. Just a few hours each day after work. On race the the nerves kick in but once ur strapped in car the nerves disappear

Gary Nicholls former 1300 British champion reason why is because I’ve grow up with him worked along side him aswell.

Most memorable race is my very first race win at Cowdenbeath Racewall in the prostock basic wasn’t going out to win but got stuck in about and mange to get away with the win
