Racing Facts & Insights
Career History
i had a micro f2 in 2014 that i absolutely hated! tried again in 2022 in a charity ladies race in the 1300s and loved every minute of it then 2024 i done a deal and bought a prostock and it’s been them ever since
What is involved in the run up to an event, and what emotions are involved
i don’t do as much as everybody else to be fair if i’ve had no damage then really it’s a change the battery and tyre pressures then away we go! a lot different though if we’ve had damage to repair from the previous meetings. on a race day you can’t beat the buzz getting ready to head to the track, i can be very emotional aswell especially because i lost my dad and race in his memory!
Memories of first race
i had never driven the car before until we got to the track, no practice either it was jump in and away you go in the deep end! i just pondered round on a sunday drive to be honest miles off the pace
Career highs and lows
starting the 2025 season with a brand new car which had the pace straight away and i had confidence in the car but unfortunately on the 2nd meeting i was spun and sat against the face when a lunge from 610 went wrong and he went straight into me! we struggled with the car for months but eventually towards the end of the season we had some pace and confidence back into the car!
Ambitions & would like to achieve
inspire younger people to try it out! i love it especially when little girls come over and think it’s amazing that another girl also races and that it is possible to be a female in a male dominated sport
Alltime Favourite Driver
growing up was 647 chris burgoyne then my brother started racing when i was 10 so from then on it was him!
The Most Memorable Race Remembered?
taking part had to be the graeme boyle memorial i’ve never raced with so many cars it was awesome even if i had car problems! for watching it would be any Uk championship weekends in skegness always action packed
Thanks & Sponsors Shout Out
my biggest thanks goes to my partner john who maintains the car and always keeps my right! all my sponsors and everyone who has helped out!
