Bookings, Practice and Join The Team

Hardie Race Promotions are pleased to announce that driver bookings for domestic events in 2024 will be accepted upto 6 meetings ahead of the event, therefore, at time of writing, drivers are able to book in for events up until the end of March. This will be kept rolling throughout the season.

For our banger weekends, bookings are being accepted. However, contact details will need left at time of booking. For Junior Bangers, drivers will need to contact their home promotions nearer the time to confirm bookings.

Practice Sessions
We are planning on running practice sessions on Sunday 11th February and Sunday 18th February, open to all ORCi formula (Practice dates are currently provisional, and any change will be published prior). These sessions will run from 12pm-4pm, at a cost of £40 per driver. Any new Junior drivers wishing to attend these, must have completed their competence tests beforehand. These can be carried out during any private hires (Mon-Fri) upon request.

Drivers can advise of their attendance to a practice session by emailing, messaging or WhatsApping us directly.

Join The Team
We are looking for people to join our race day team on a voluntary basis - get closer to the action and be part of a great team along the way!

A wide variety of job roles are available including pit marshalling, track marshalling, recovery driving, and more.

Applicants should be over the age of 18, have a knowledge of short oval motor racing and of course be available for the majority of meetings held at the track, and be available to attend race days around 3 hours before scheduled start times.
