A four formula line up featuring a great mix of both contact and non-contact racing - Superstox, 2.0 Hot Rods, ProStocks & Ninja Karts.

The ProStocks have provided some excellent racing this year already, with each of their events here at Lochgelly seeing numerous race winners, and drivers consistently improving. Hollie Ritchie was desperately unlucky not to get a win last time out, whilst Owen Bonner, Grumm Fleming and a few others have shown they have the pace to compete on a regular basis. Paul Barron and Dougie Kidd have looked to be the quickest two drivers so far this year, though Robert Conway has shown good pace at his last couple of outings and could well be set to battle it out for race wins on a regular basis.

The Superstox are with us once more, with Adam Low set to make his first outing of the year in a newly built car. National Points Champion Dean Johnston has been the driver that has shown the consistency so far and finds himself topping the charts early in the year. Kenny McKenzie has been there or thereabouts, and will be seeking a race win this weekend. Mirran Adams and Benjamin Erskine have both found more pace on a meeting by meeting basis - and it might not be too far away before they are racing for a win.

The 2.0 Hot Rods are in action once more - with the formula providing some great racing this year, with very little between the drivers resulting in some excellent competitive on track action. Scottish Champion Keith Brown is looking to claim the silver roof this season and will be aiming to do that as soon as possible, but Frankie Cunningham will be keen to push him all the way. Mark Dews is set to be with us having missed out last time - he is a regular front runner and claimed a win at his last outing. Ryan Dunbar has been steadily picking up the points, and is in the mix to qualifying for some of the major championships this year for his efforts.

The youngsters in the Ninja Karts are set to be with us once more, as they look to continue their racing development. The Ninja Karts have provided a lot of great racing of late, with a fairly evenly matched field of drivers on track. Tommy Melrose, Louie Hendry, Jayden Jeffrey, Katie Lee Smart, Henry Hunn and Rory Wilson have all looked to have the pace to put themselves in the mix for race wins already - although, a number of quick up and coming drivers will always be difficult to overcome.

The drivers sign in office will open at 2.30pm, whilst practice will get underway at 3.40pm.

Drivers are reminded that they are responsible for leaving a tidy pit area, utilizing the bins provided, or taking rubbish away with them. Any teams found to be leaving their pit area untidy, will be fined and possibly banned from attending race meetings.

The spectator gates will open at 3.30pm, with trackside parking only available on a first come first served basis. High sided vehicles are requested to park on the upper level, and the far end of the middle level, so not to obstruct views of those behind them.
